This guy's name is Shigeki Majima (nicknamed "Maggy" or "Maji-sensei").
He is currently very well known for Japanese television audiences as a choreographer of Ken Matsudaira's Matsuken Samba II and III. He also debuted as a singer this summer by a song called "Hanafubuki Fuyano Koi, which was regularly sung and danced by Maji-sensei in Ken-san's shows and concerts.
It is interesting that it was Ken san's idea to let him sing and dance in his shows/concerts.
Maji-sensei is now very popular among Japanese people. I think it is because of his respectful character-- I hear that he is considerate and understand other people's feelings. (*^^*)
