Music YouTube: Denki Groove and Kid Sister

I rarely post YouTube, but there's always the exception. Denki Groove's video for the new single "shōnen Young" really cracks me up, with more cheesy 80's girls than you could count. It's also the theme song for the manga-inspired film "Gumi Chocolate Pine" which I'm curious about. I dig the song too, first single in 8 years(!!), but I just can't figure out what the English line from the chorus is supposed to mean: "We are little children use to be"!?

Also just up is Kid Sister's first video, for the great song "Pro Nails" featuring Kanye West. It's the first video from A-Trak's label Fool's Gold which promises a lot of fun stuff to come.

I hear "We are little children used to be". Perhaps they mean "We are used to be little children" (~we all once have been children?) and re-ordered to words to meet the rhythm of the song?

Maybe you're best at understanding Takkyu's English since he might be better at German. :) I heard he goes to Germany every month!

That really might have made it easier for me :-) While it is not really a German word order.

A-Trak's mix album, Dirty South Dance, is amazing. My favorite record of 2007.

I really want to get my hands on that mix CD! Is there anywhere it can be found in town?

I had tried ordering at obeygiant.com back in March, but they were going to charge me $23 of shipping for a CD and a pin set. No thanks.

Denki Groove rocks now and then. I used to have a live set of them somewhere dating from 2000 i think. But their style changed alot.

The new Denki Groove single is fanastic! I hope we finally see a new album from them in 2008. (I just got a package from Amazon Japan with new Denki Groove, Bird, and Brilliant Green singles. It's 1999 all over again!)
