Japan After JLPT

Yesterday I took the Japanese Language Proficiency Test, as planned, and it went alright, I think!

I should get at least 70% in the writing/vocabulary section, and about 90% in listening. The reading section went by fast though and I nearly didn't have enough time to complete (I was glad I kept the long texts for the end!), so I couldn't manage to make predictions on this one. Considering my predictions on the two first sections, I would only need 40% in reading to pass the whole test, and I'm hoping that I'm at least around 60%.

Now begins the long wait until February when the results will be sent out.

Ahh, now the dreaded long wait. Why couldn't they just process it in a computer and tell you the results like when you take the written driving test?

Anyway, I'm sure you passed. Next year I will try Level One. Again!

Thanks!! I'm sure not ready to take level 1 for a few more years at least. :)

It should really take less time to compile the test results. Maybe it's that even though they tell us to mark clearly for the computer readers, it's really some baito who correct the tests!

Hey Patrick! Hope you passed.
Looks like you've been studying so you should have no problem.

It's been some years since I last took this test, but I am definitely too lazy to study any Japanese I won't be using in my daily life.
I mean, why woud I want to be able to write more kanji by hand, when I haven't written by hand even Spanish since school?
I on't think I'll be taking level 1 for now.
