Technology Help! IE ate Firefox

Gotta hate when Windows mixes-up my icons, which happens every now and then... but this is the worst I've seen so far.

Firefox shortcut with IE icon

(Boring post after such a long time. I'll post more soon!)

Patrick, there's not better time to get a Mac, what with the release of Tiger this week. Get a Mac mini to try it out!

You're wasting your fingers. ;) :)

Not a MAC user? I use both, generally MAC for multimedia (videos, music, photos) and windows for doing work, e.g. coding, mail etc. I agree with Jean, Tiger should be way cool. I'm going out on Friday to pick it up.

There's an iBook at home, but sadly it fails at convincing me that it's any better than my good old PC. I do agree that Macs are definitely better for some stuff such as video, graphics and music, but so far I don't feel like it could comfortably be my main platform.

I love MAC OSX, however, to be totally honest, I think I could live without the MAC but I definitely need the windows machine to run all the necessary stuff. Probably the biggest peeve I have is that I just don't like typing on the MAC keyboard. Is it me or does anyone else think that the CMD key is too close to the C key so when you want to do a copy-paste it feels very uncomfortable. And putting the CAPS-Lock in the corner there bugs me. I always hit it by accident. Then again most MAC users usually don't use key commands as much as I do so they probably don't even notice.
