I just ordered 3 E-Pak-Sa CDs from the Korean online CD shop SoundSpace in Tokyo, including the new album called "EPAKSA 003" which just came out last month!
E-Pak-Sa is a pon-chak singer, pon-chak being a Korean music genre that's a cross between cheap synth pop and traditional vocals. He says that anyone with a cheap keyboard and a mic can do pon-chak. :)
E-Pak-Sa had a small hit in Japan when introduced by Denki Groove in the mid-90's.
